Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (instant)

1. Open the 3B Messages app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email sergiusnyah@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “3B Messages — Account Deletion Request”. Requests are processed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email address, photo)
• Your discipleship progress and module submissions
• Your house-church memberships and related activity
• Your notifications and in-app messages

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. No personal data is retained after deletion, except where we are legally required to keep records.
